What is your return policy for full-priced items?
- You can return full-priced items within 14 days of receiving your package (30 days for international customers) for a store credit. To be eligible, items must be in their original condition, with tags attached, and free from wear, alterations, washing, makeup, or odors.
Can I return or exchange sale items?
- No, all sale items labeled as "Final Sale" and any items marked down in price are not eligible for returns or exchanges. However, if you believe you've received a faulty item, please contact our customer service team at info@7thavenueclothing.com.au.
How do I initiate a return or exchange?
- To initiate a return or exchange for a full-priced item, please reach out to our customer service team. They will guide you through the process. For sale items with prior approval, a $20.00 shipping fee will apply for returns.
